CLEAR (Choosing Life: Empowerment, Action, Results!)

CLEAR is an evidence-based health promotion intervention for youth and adults (ages 16 or older). CLEAR is unique because it provides clients with the skills to make healthy choices in all areas of their life. In other words, it addresses the client’s overall life context. Our counselors can help you examine your life goals and help you learn skills to avoid making decisions that might harm your health or prevent you from reaching your dreams.

How does it work?

  • 5 Core Sessions (45 min-60 min) where you learns essential cognitive behavioral techniques such as reframing, positive self-talk, and relaxation.
  • At the end of each core sessions you identify both a life goal and one or more prevention goals to focus on throughout the program.

To schedule a CLEAR appointment or to learn more, please call 309-581-2027 or send us an email.
